Work For You is a specialist NDIS service supporting people with disability to work towards meaningful employment across South-East Queensland. We have over 10 years of experience supporting people with disability. Our approach is flexible, practical, and person-centred. We tailor supports around each person’s skills, abilities and interests. We work with participants and their supports to build skills, confidence, and pathways into employment.
How we can support you.
School Leaver Employment Supports
We support school leavers and young people nearing the end of schooling to explore skills, abilities and interests. Additionally, we identify employment goals and focus on preparing participants for life after school. Supports focus on building confidence, independence, and readiness for employment, training, or further education.
Finding & Keeping a Job Support
We support participants to gain and maintain meaningful employment aligned with their individual skills, abilities and interests. We focus on workplace readiness, skill development and strategies to source, attain and sustain employment.
Social & Community Participation
We support participants to engage in social and community participation that builds confidence, independence, and transferable skills relevant to employment. These supports focus on routine development, community connection, and experiences aligned with the participant’s skills, abilities, interests and employment goals.
